
It’s been a very long time since I last attended a job interview. So long, in fact, that modern recruitment methods appear to have evolved well beyond anything I remember from years gone by.
The interview panel assured me throughout that their assessment procedures were entirely professional, fully above board, and designed to identify the very best candidates for service-based employment. Given the current state of the job market, I didn’t really feel in a position to argue.
I therefore approached the process with an open mind, a willingness to learn, and, as events unfolded, considerably less dignity than I arrived with.
The following document is my official self-assessment report regarding the interview process conducted by Ms. Helen Ryder (Director of Corrective Encouragement) and Ms. Star Nymph (Junior Candidate Adjustment Specialist).

Arrival & Initial Inspection
Upon arrival I was greeted by the interviewers who informed me that the selection process would consist of a number of practical assessments designed to evaluate obedience, service standards, pain tolerance, humility, and overall suitability for submission within the workplace.
The interview began with a full strip inspection. I was ordered to remove all clothing and stand naked in the centre of the room while the panel inspected me from all angles.
Unfortunately, despite my efforts to remain professional, the intimidating nature of the situation, combined with the obvious authority and confidence both interviewers carried, resulted in a very visible physical reaction. The panel appeared to find this highly amusing.
Although deeply embarrassing, I attempted to maintain good posture and eye contact throughout the assessment.
Practical Service Assessment
My first task involved kneeling on all fours before Ms. Star and cleaning her thigh-high boots using only my tongue. This included careful attention to the pointed toes, stiletto heels, and the entire length of the boots up to the thighs. The task became significantly more challenging when whipping was introduced as motivation whenever my cleaning standards dropped below expectations.
Ms. Helen later presented her own shoes for servicing, including a sharp metal stud attached just above the pointed toe which I was ordered to lick thoroughly clean. I was reminded repeatedly that hesitation, discomfort, and dignity were barriers to successful employment.
At this stage I was fitted with a leather chest harness lined with inward-facing spikes pressing into my nipples. I was informed this would remain in place for the remainder of the interview process so the panel could properly assess my ability to function under sustained discomfort.
Devotion & Conduct Evaluation
Ms. Helen next required me to demonstrate devotion and workplace loyalty by kneeling before her and worshipping an item of specialist equipment, broadly anatomical in shape, that I had not previously encountered during earlier employment interviews.
While carrying out this task, she slowly pressed the sharp metal stud on the front of her shoe against my intimate anatomy. I found this particularly intimidating due to the combination of humiliation, discomfort, and the obvious amusement both interviewers took from my reactions.
I nevertheless attempted to remain focused on pleasing the panel.
Corrective Discipline Assessment
I was then secured tightly to a spanking bench for a formal disciplinary evaluation. Both interviewers took turns administering a variety of implements ranging from paddles to whips and floggers while discussing my performance openly above me.
Unfortunately, I failed to maintain acceptable noise levels during this stage and was fitted with a ball gag for sound management purposes.
The punishment escalated steadily as the panel commented on the colour of my backside and my increasingly desperate attempts to pull against the restraints. The assessment concluded with a series of especially hard strikes delivered while I writhed helplessly beneath the gag.
I believe I showed determination by enduring the full disciplinary procedure without requesting termination of the interview.
Uniform & Morale Exercises
Following the punishment phase I was released and informed that the company uniform would consist primarily of rope restraints. Rope was tightly secured around various parts of my body, including my most sensitive areas, before a bell was attached for the entertainment of the panel.
I was then ordered to dance while naked and bound as both interviewers laughed openly at my humiliation.
Although this stage was psychologically difficult, I believe it demonstrated my willingness to prioritise workplace morale over personal pride.
Electrical Resistance Testing
The final phase of my assessment involved being restrained face-up on a bed with my wrists cuffed overhead and belts secured tightly around my thighs.
An electro torture unit was attached directly to my, ahem, manhood while Ms. Helen and Ms. Star gradually increased the intensity. Throughout the procedure they openly discussed how high they intended to take the machine while continuing to tease, mock, and physically manipulate me in order to increase my discomfort.
I struggled considerably during this section of the interview and repeatedly pulled against my restraints while begging for mercy.
At this point I was offered a choice between a major increase in electrical intensity or drinking a humiliating “disciplinary beverage.” After careful consideration, I reluctantly accepted the latter option.
Ms. Helen filled a jug from between her legs before ordering me to open my mouth wide and drink. I complied, although not gracefully. The experience was deeply humiliating and considerably more difficult than anticipated, particularly as the panel seemed highly entertained by my obvious regret while the warm contents continued to pour into my mouth.
While I cannot claim to have handled this part of the assessment with composure, I do believe my eventual compliance demonstrated adaptability and a realistic understanding of my limitations.
Final Evaluation
Ms. Helen explained that the company required a “sample” before any successful application could proceed further. What followed was an extended extraction process involving alternating stimulation, humiliation, and physical discomfort designed to test both my endurance and willingness to submit completely to the panel.
Throughout the procedure the interviewers worked together in what can only be described as a highly coordinated assessment exercise. While one focused attention on extracting the required sample, the other increased pressure elsewhere, including leaning heavily onto the spiked chest harness to drive the metal harder into my nipples whenever my reactions became too dramatic.
The panel also introduced a vibrating device at intervals to deliberately bring me close to climax before backing away again, extending the process and increasing my desperation considerably.
As the assessment intensified, Ms. Star climbed on top of me and used my face as a seat while Ms. Helen continued the extraction procedure. I was expected to remain compliant despite struggling for breath beneath her, which I believe formed part of the wider test of composure, service, and my ability to function while physically overwhelmed by management presence.
Eventually, after prolonged teasing, discomfort, and repeated edging, the panel succeeded in obtaining the required sample.
Unfortunately, the process did not conclude there. I was informed that the entire sample would need to be swallowed as part of the final humiliation stage of the assessment. This proved especially difficult given the lingering taste of the earlier disciplinary beverage still in my mouth. My obvious discomfort appeared to amuse the panel greatly.
As a final corrective measure, further handling was immediately administered to my already oversensitive manhood as punishment for the amount of time the extraction process had taken.
Conclusion
Although the interview process was considerably more painful, humiliating, and psychologically demanding than anticipated, I remain extremely interested in the position and would welcome the opportunity to return for further assessment or probationary training.
